Want to learn more about the circular economy? The CIRCLE website provides learning resources specific to tourism, transport, agriculture and construction. However, circular economy thinking is common to all and in this section we provide some common learning material specific to the Circular Economy.
In Sections 1A to 3B you will find (a) a presentation in powerpoint suitable for downloading and adapting to training needs, (b) an interactive version of the power point, (c) an interactive question exercise and (d) a learning plan for use with vocational students.
Unit 1A introduces the extent to which our society uses material resources. Unit 1B shows how we mainly operate in a linear economy and we need to move towards circular thinking. Unit 2A makes the case why businesses will need to adapt and with Unit 2B we see a clear policy move from the EU to support the circular economy as part of its Green Deal. Unit 3A and B defines some of the business model that can be used. These will re-occur in later modules
